Dermal fillers can do many things for your nose to give it a better total appearance:
 
Fillers can build up a bridge. It makes this, the wide part on the middle and top of the nose, feel fuller and more visible.
It fills in small defects around the nose. These include cases where there is a minor recess within the nose.
Asymmetrical problems can also be fixed. These include problems where the nose appears uneven.
The tip may be enhanced. A filler will adjust the shape of the tip and add a new dimension to it or at least make this part more noticeable.
The nasal hump can also be straightened out or at least smoothed.
It can also be used in cases where you’ve undergone rhinoplasty and feel that your treatment was not perfect. Fillers may correct many of the issues that came about following surgery.
