Please read through our terms and conditions carefully before you enrol onto any of our training courses. Refunds & Cancellation Please note cancellation charges apply. Upon booking, 50% of the course fee is immediately non-refundable. Bookings which are cancelled less than 1 month prior to the course are 100% non-refundable. We require at least 1 months written notice to make any changes to your course booking or training dates. We are not able to reschedule or move any training course bookings that fall within 1 month of the course date. If the course is cancelled by Skinoza Academy due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man made eventuality outside of our control, we will offer the opportunity to reschedule your training course to a later date. We do reserve the right to cancel the training at any time, change the venue or amend the date of the training. If this is necessary, our customer service team will contact all students immediately to make alternative arrangements. We cannot accept responsibility for any additional travel fees incurred by students to travel to the new venue. There are exceptional circumstances when it could be possible to amend the dates of your training and reschedule to a later date. However, we do require at least a months’ notice in writing for you to request a date change. Where any student proves to be defamatory, disruptive or impedes the progress of our courses, we reserve the right to cancel course bookings or withdraw students from the training. Course Bookings Full Payment or first installment of the Monthly payment plan is required at the time of booking. Skinoza Academy we will never share your customer details to a third party and we do not store card details. Once you complete your training successfully, you will receive a certificate of completion. For the practical element of your course, we will supply the cosmetic models. Students will not need to find their own models. Students will be required to collect and share consultation information and treatment plans for each model on the day of training to facilitate the learning experience and enable the completion of practical training. Although we do try to provide a full list of models for each training program, we cannot guarantee that we will have models for every treatment area. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible if models are absent and you cannot complete your practical work. If possible, suitable adjustments will be made during the training day to allow trainee to complete the course. Please note: If a delegate is late to the course, he/she may not be able to participate in the course or receive certification. We cannot accept liability for the cost of travel and/or accommodation that students have to pay to attend our courses We cannot accept liability for the cost of food, travel and/or accommodation that students have to pay to attend our courses. Aftercare support is provided to all students and we will also offer guidance to help you secure employment once you have completed our training. This is through our network of aesthetic recruitment agencies. We cannot however guarantee that all of our students will secure employment as we are a training provider and not a recruiter. In the UK the aesthetic industry is currently one that hasn’t been regulated. Like many authorised training providers, our curriculum has been fully approved and assessed by indemnity providers who provide approval and recognition for indemnity purposes. We cannot therefore be held accountable if these guidelines change or further requirements for future qualifications are not met by the training delivered by us. Photography: We kindly request that delegates do not photograph or video any aspect of our training. Although before and after photographs are taken of cosmetic models for portfolio purposes, they do remain the property of our training school and they are only for use in your training record. You cannot use these images as part of your professional portfolio or on your own social media pages or website. On the day of training, we may take photographs for use on our website or for publication on social media or in marketing materials. All students will be asked whether they would like to opt in to appearing in these photographs at the time of registration for the course. If you do not wish to be included in training photographs, please contact our team and you are free to stay away from the photography work carried out on the day. You reserve the right to change your mind at any time and you can ask us to remove any photograph of you that we display on our website, post on social media or use in our marketing materials. If you have any concerns about how your photograph is used or you would like us to remove a photograph that you appear in, please contact our customer support team with your request.
